Senior Team

Charlie Vavasour, Managing Director

Charlie has more than 20 years experience of communications issues and has worked across a number of industry sectors. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), he has a BA Honours Degree in Politics and Business from Oxford Brookes University, and a Diploma in Public Relations.

He cut his teeth in public affairs and political lobbying before moving into PR and marketing. He has gained significant experience of public sector communications, while working across specific private sector clients. Following a management buy-out in 2006 he launched Quantum Public Relations, and has overseen the growth of the agency as it entered the UK’s top 150 list.

Charlie specialises in crisis communications and has offered advice, support and media relations guidance to a variety of sectors. Many of the crises that Charlie deals with had the potential to be highly controversial but did not get widely reported thanks to the planning and assistance he offered. In cases where quashing media interest has been impossible, Charlie’s expert reputation management has ensured that key stakeholders are communicated with effectively, limiting damage and helping to rebuild and restore stakeholders’ faith in the future.
