The company has transformed the former Charter House office building in Ashford town centre into a luxury development, renamed ‘The Panorama’, comprising 232 flats, luxury penthouses and duplexes, with retail space on the ground floor.
Dukelease tasked Quantum PR with delivering a comprehensive digital marketing and media relations campaign to promote the official launch weekend of The Panorama’s new show flat and marketing suite. In addition, the agency was responsible for supporting the sales launch of Ashford’s landmark building, using digital marketing and social media to raise awareness and generate sales leads.
Quantum used a mix of digital marketing tools, including direct email, social media, content marketing and e-newsletters to reach target audiences and spread positive messages about the development and the sales launch. A secure online portal was developed to provide interested parties with updates on the development’s progress. Quantum also partnered with a local media group to broaden outreach through its radio and newspaper network.
During the campaign more than 253,000 people saw and heard messages about The Panorama and more than 600 people visited the show flat during the launch weekend. As a result of the marketing campaign, the first seven floors (180+ apartments) sold out in just eight weeks.
